Recaptured Fish

Camden Arrand recently recaptured Ulua A4600. Tag was cut and retagged and was able to provide a healthy release. The Ulua was caught on a kupipi hang bait. The Ulua was originally captured in 2019 by Troy Shimoda during the June 6, 2019 S. Tokunaga Tournament. The fish was 30” FL when originally tagged and recaptured on January 31, 2025 at 37” growing 7” in five years. Congrats to Camden on this amazing recovery and thank you to Troy for his commitment to sustainable fishing practices.
